- Notification of cancellation must received by the conference secretary Lisbeth Schou Andersen
- Cancellations received on or before 1 May 2017 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee paid.
- Cancellations received after 1 May 2017 will be non-refundable.
- Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
